Troutman Deck

A Troutman client asked for a new deck with the grand plan to build a screen porch next year. Phase one included getting rid of the fireplace chimney jog, so the future porch won’t have a jog in it, and so that the stairs and future porch roofline will look great.

JAG worked with the client to create the vision and address phase one to be ready for porch work next year. Look at the BEFORE and AFTERS! This deck is new low Maintenance PVC decking and skirting, with black aluminum railings. Ready to enjoy now as a deck, and all set for phase 2 screen porch project in the spring!
