Screen Porch in Davidson, NC with New Floor

We turned this old pressure treated deck that was dangerous to walk on into this.  The project consisted of a new porch floor in wood and stain per the owner’s request, tied the roof of the porch into a complex roof, featuring can lights, fan, coffered dropped beam, a nicer picket and screen system, with a PVC grill deck and stairs to the backyard.  It’s ready for furniture and a BBQ cookout!
