This project included demo of an old pressure treated deck that was at the end of its life to a new open deck and screen porch. The new finished project included PVC Decking all blind screwed, a seating bench with storage, a screen porch and a covered patio all dry below on ground level with a ceiling system designed just for this purpose that keeps the lower patio dry and covered.

JAG helped the owners pick up quality decking, ceiling material, a top end screen system and covered patio ceiling system to last and move the huge bulky dual stairs off to one side to create more view of the lake from the lower patio.
