Flagstone Patio, Cedar Pergola, and Stone Fireplace

A Davidson family called asking JAG to fix their covered porch and build a cedar pergola over their flagstone patio.

The original porch is only a few years old but already rotting, half the chimney was worn stucco, and none of the boxing trim on the porch matched the main home boxing. Plus the original roof was corrugated and installed incorrectly.

The upgrade now features new boxing wrap, cedar ceiling with crown molding coffered beams, a new ceiling fan, standing seam roof with gutters, a cedar pergola with a slanted roof (to match the slope of the porch roof,) and the fireplace and chimney are now entirely stone.
