Deck Renovation with Screen Porch in Terrell, NC

This newly completed JAG project started with an old failing and falling apart pressure treated deck in Terrell, NC situated on Lake Norman.  The owner wanted a screen porch, wanted to re-do the open deck with all new low maintenance products that would last for years to come.  John from JAG suggested Wolf PVC decking with all Camo blind screws, a custom created hand rail to stand out compared to the norm and an L shaped screen porch to tie into the existing covered area and roof line. 

Check out the completed project that includes a new complicated L shaped roof line screen porch, all new Wolf PVC deking, custom low maintenance railings, fans, post sconce lights with a more clean looking set of stairs compared to the old overlooking Lake Norman.
