This covered porch project in Cornelius is now complete. This client was used to 70-75 degree weather and wanted some relief from the NC heat. We extended their existing patio slab and added a covered porch to match the home and added a fan and 4 recessed cans. A simple but functional porch ready to be screened in if needed later.
