Check out this transformation.  A couple called JAG wanting a functional space in their backyard.  They wanted to hide from the hot sun and be able to watch HS baseball and softball from their backyard (their backyard overlooks a local HS athletic field).

The “old” consisted of a concrete patio and wood pergola and was usually too hot or too cold to enjoy.   Look at the back-elevation windows and doors.  Check out the transformation for yourself!

The “new” consists of a new 3 season room that includes a raised concrete slab with tile floor  flush with the house floor system, cultured stone perimeter skirting and fireplace surround, chunky posts, chunky headers finished off with crown molding and rope lighting, 1×6 V-groove vaulted ceiling with skylights huge fan and eye ball can lights.  Also included is a remote-controlled lineal type gas fireplace, high end sliders opening up the view from inside the home and the existing house wall was switched from siding to an awesome looking board and baton wall.  They did not like the idea of pollen, dust and grass clippings getting all over their new porch furniture…so JAG installed EZE Breeze porch windows to finish off this beautiful 3 season room.
