See this deck to screen porch transformation in Huntersville backyard. JAG’s client wanted to hide from the sun and bugs in their Skybrook home. They also wanted an added set of stairs to access their backyard from the new porch.
This project included all new PVC low maintenance decking all blind screwed, all new low maintenance hand rails, chunky PVC post wrap, low maintenance ceiling, a ceiling fan, extruded aluminum screen system and even an open grilling area in the corner that is still under the hip style roof and covered from the snow and rain all custom built to tie into the existing roof and gutter line. JAG even built these owners 4 planter boxes for their vegetable garden while there.
