Today, they can look out onto Lake Norman on the open deck that is all new low maintenance PVC decking, Aluminum rails with stainless cable pickets, all new PVC deck skirting with a comfort step system to help their elderly parents get from the deck to the dock! On half of this deck we added a 3-season room that includes raising the original deck up to avoid a step down from the home, all tile flooring, chucky trim and PVC posts that are all low maintenance, EZE Breeze windows finished off with a very complex ceiling that others said was not doable.
