Screen Porch in Birkdale Community
A couple in Huntersville’s Birkdale community wanted to convert their deck with a pergola into a screen porch, using the original decking and paint.
Covered Porch and a Pergola
A homeowner wanted a covered porch and a pergola in their backyard, but struggled to create a visual for it because of an existing fireplace jog and grilling station. JAG designed and built a cohesive and attractive outdoor space.
EZE Breeze Screened Porch
JAG upgraded an old screen porch with new EZE Breeze windows and a matching EZE Breeze door to keep out wind, dust, and pollen. Finishing touches included a fresh coat of paint to the interior.
New PVC Deck and Aluminum Railing
A Mooresville couple needed to replace their falling apart rotted deck. They wanted to expand it, cover part of it, and have it low maintenance. JAG built a PVC deck with aluminum rails and an aluminum pergola with standing seam metal roofing for rain coverage.

This Mooresville couple asked JAG to remodel their lakeside deck. The new deck features an engineered floor system, Wolf PVC decking, cable railings, low-voltage post-cap lights. Below the deck is a screened-in with a waterproof ceiling, fan, and ceiling heaters.
