EZE Breeze 3 Season Room
A Mooresville couple bought a home across the street from their daughter and son-in-law. JAG had built a porch for the younger couple several years ago and now it’s the parents turn.

A couple in Huntersville’s Birkdale community wanted to convert their deck with a pergola into a screen porch, using the original decking and paint.
A Mooresville couple needed to replace their falling apart rotted deck. They wanted to expand it, cover part of it, and have it low maintenance. JAG built a PVC deck with aluminum rails and an aluminum pergola with standing seam metal roofing for rain coverage.
This patio upgrade features new boxing wrap, a cedar ceiling with crown molding coffered beams and ceiling fan, standing seam roof with gutters, all-stone fireplace, and a cedar pergola over the flagstone patio.
This homeowner wanted a covered porch and a pergola that worked in the existing fireplace jog and grilling station. JAG designed and built this cohesive and expanded space.
This Mooresville couple asked JAG to remodel their lakeside deck. The new deck features an engineered floor system, Wolf PVC decking, cable railings, low-voltage post-cap lights. Below the deck is a screened-in with a waterproof ceiling, fan, and ceiling heaters.
A Mooresville client asked JAG to fix their front porch that needed a “lipstick remodel.” They wanted it to feel like a front farmer’s porch and have it below the existing roof to complement the architectural design.
This project included all new PVC Wolf decking, new lower skirting wall with an access door below. Then we built a new porch roof with a one-sided vaulted ceiling and screened it in.
Homeowners wanted a pergola, but also liked the idea of full shade and rain protection, so JAG built this heavy-duty, low-maintenance pergola with a sleek metal roof.
Another old deck falling apart in Mooresville. The homeowners wanted it done right this time and were willing to make the upfront investment on something they will enjoy the rest of their lives.
