This client was looking to get a covered porch in their backyard. Due to several house conditions a traditional covered porch was not an option. The client liked the look of a pergola but wanted to the have protection from the rain. Due to the soffit line, overhang on one side and the height of the house windows and garage roof line; JAG had a number of obstacles to work with. The owner agreed on a low maintenance pergola with a standing seam roof and a stamped concrete patio with a walk to their driveway.
