JAG recently received a call from a very nice couple requesting a screen porch for their new home in Cornelius. The client wanted a simple and low maintenance ceiling but something with muscle as far as the posts and feeling like it was done by the original builder. JAG included 7 chunky posts, all wrapped with low maintenance post wrap, low maintenance ceiling panels and included a hip style roof because both neighbors had porches with gable roofs so wanted something different but clean looking. This porch was finished off with an extruded aluminum screen porch system that includes a white flat spline and charcoal fiberglass screening. See below for more images.
