This Mooresville client had a lower deck and an upper deck that was never used. JAG was hired to build a screen porch on half of it and demo the second-floor master bedroom deck.
This project includes raised stained wood floor so no steps down from the house onto the porch, a gable roof with an open vaulted look, skylights , a Board and Baton ceiling, eye ball can lights on dimmers, a ceiling fan, motion sensor flood lights. As usual, we included nice chunky posts, a HD screen system with a chair rail and screen door to the open grilling deck. JAG’s client will be doing the open deck in all new fresh low maintenance material as a phase II project soon too.
“We had been wanting to screen in a part of our deck for some time to get away from the bugs. I found JAG construction online and was able to see many previous jobs they had done on their website. I was able to meet up with John quickly (within a week) and express all our ideas/wants/concerns. He assured me it could be done and gave us multiple options based on budget and maintenance requirements. After the initial sticker shock we have come to find out it was worth every penny. The screened in porch has exceeded our expectations and we are very happy with the finished product. John was personable and easy to work with throughout the whole project. He always keeps you informed of what will be happening and when. All his crews were hard working and professional. We even had company coming into town with small children, so JAG was able to get the railings in quicker than expected to accomodate our guests! We can’t say enough good things about JAG. Thanks so much. -Kyle and Amanda” – Kyle and Amanda R.
