The JAG Construction clients wanted low maintenance decking, low maintenance rails, a hot tub, a bench seat and a vaulted ceiling screen porch…well, they got Wolf PVC decking, Westbury Aluminum hand rails, a PVC bench seat next to their brand-new hot tub all anchored by the cornerstone of their backyard screen porch to hide from the very hot sun they have in their back yard. The screen porch has vaulted bead board ceilings with the stain color selected by the client, can lights, all chunky gable webbing, chunky posts, a 12’ screen sliding door, speakers and even space heaters mounted up high for the fan to move the warm air around their porch on a cool fall day. This one is ready for furniture and water in the hot tub!
